Good 2 Great/未来的搜索 概述
St. 菲利普的大学 is incorporating the Good 2 Great concepts into its efforts to transform the institution to a premier college. These efforts have been ongoing since May 2007; however, the COVID-19 pandemic has led St. Philip’s 大学 to implement an evolution in its strategic planning.
The college has integrated a 未来的搜索 framework/process to create a bottom-up, 协作, intentional and transparent strategic planning process. This effort yields short/mid/long-term planning goals that allow flexibility and periodic reassessment in an increasingly dynamic educational environment.
