The National Security Agency (国家安全局) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) have designated St. 菲利普的大学 as a Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense Education- 2 years. The purpose of the National CAE designation program is to promote higher education in cybersecurity/Information Assurance and prepare a growing number of professionals to meet the need to reduce vulnerabilities in the Nation’s networks. The initial National CAE in CD Education (CAE/IAE) program was started by 国家安全局 in 1998, with DHS joining as a partner in 2004 in response to the President’s National Strategy to Secure Cyberspace.

美国军城The GenCyber program provides summer cybersecurity camp experiences for students and teachers at the K-12 level. The goals of the program are to help all students understand correct and safe on-line behavior, increase interest in cybersecurity and careers in the cybersecurity workforce of the Nation, and improve teaching methods for delivering cybersecurity content in K-12 computer science curricula. |
